Have you heard of Casino Extreme?
I’ll be honest – I didn’t know about them until just recently, and I was surprised to see they’ve been online for 17+ years, making them one of the oldest casinos on the web.
That’s a long time.
This is usually favorable for us, because casinos who’ve been around that long tend to do things above board – meaning they have a good reputation with their customers.
Is that really the case here?
Should you have an account at Casino Extreme?
You’ll see soon enough.
Casino Extreme is owned by Anden Holdings Ltd. Casinos and are licensed in Curacao. They’ve been in business since 2000 – so about 17 years now.
Casino Extreme does not accept players from the following countries:
If you look around the web you’ll find lots of above-average to stellar ratings. Casino Extreme has aggregated many of these ‘seals of approval’ on their site, which includes approvals from:
But not everyone agrees.
ThePogg.com doesn’t recommend them – surprise, surprise – for various reasons. One reason they give is that CasinoMeister.com doesn’t recommend them.
So, I went to CasinoMeister.com to see what their problems were.
But when I searched CasinoMeister.com – including 8 pages of casino warnings – I found nothing. Casino Meister doesn’t list them on their site, period – not blacklisted, not gray area-d, not recommended, not accredited – not anything.
Most everything I found on their site – and elsewhere in Google – is super old. Most were a couple years old at the newest, while some posts went back as far as 2000-2001.
They only have 1 complaint on AskGamblers, too. Which is crazy-low for a gambling site with 17 years under their belt.
Overall, between the lack of complaints, lack of proof and the relative abundance of positive (customer) reviews, I see no reason not to play here – at least as far as reputation, safety and security is concerned.
You can contact their support using the following channels:
I sent them an email asking if they offered live dealer games. They responded in less than 20 minutes – which is fast – and told me they didn’t, but planned to launch them in a few months. My first and only experience with their support was solid.

There doesn’t appear to be any cash out fees other than for wire transfers.
There is a max cash out limit of $4,000. Limits suck, but this is high compared to many other offshore (US) casinos who typically have limits ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 per week.
The other thing worth noting is that cash outs are processed on Wednesdays for requests made the previous week. This means you might have to wait a week before your payment is processed. However, that’s only for wires and other non-instant cash out options. If you use bitcoin or Neteller or one of the other options, you can get instant payouts.
They have a couple offers – one is a ‘welcome bonus,’ while the other is a sign-up bonus. Here are the details for both.
Get a 100% match bonus up to $500 on your first 6 deposits. The playthrough is 15x the deposit + bonus – which is SUPER LOW – which you can clear while playing non-progressive slot games.
The max cash out on this offer is 30x the deposit, which sort of sucks (because all cash out limits do). The bonus money in non-cashable.
Other than that, the other rule to keep in mind is you cannot bet more than $10 per spin/round/hand.
This is available to both new sign-ups and players who have not yet received a free promotion from Casino Extreme. All you got to do is open an account and contact support, and then you’ll get $50.
This has a 30x rollover. The max winnings on this offer is $100.
They do. You’ll find offers other than the new player offers above on their promos page. They also have a ‘hot offers’ page with additional deals.
Here are the details for some of their offers:
Make a deposit. If you lose the entire amount you can get 20% of what you lost paid back to you – with no playthrough requirement.
Roulette, craps, baccarat, bingo and sic bo don’t qualify. If you play blackjack you’ll only get 10% cash back.
You can do whatever you want with the cash back, which is pretty cool. But any winnings made from the cashback will/may not exceed 4x the cashback value.
Use UPayCard, Bitcoin, Neteller, Skrill or EcoPayz to fund your account and you’ll receive instant withdrawals. There’s a max of 1 instant cash out per day, and you can receive a max of $4,000 per week.
Use UPayCard, bitcoin or PaySafe Card and get a 200% bonus up to $200. This has a 50x playthrough (on the deposit). Playing baccarat, craps, pontoon, blackjack, roulette, sic bo and any progressive games DO NOT count.
These are their evergreen offers. But you’ll find additional limited-time offers on their ‘hot offers’ page. For example, here are the offers they had when I reviewed them:
Because these offers change, it’ll probably make sense to bookmark their hot offers page if you decide to sign up here.
They have both. With their comps point program, you’ll receive cash back for every 100 points you turn in. The amount you get increases the further up their VIP program you climb. There are 5 tiers, which include:
The perks include:
Keep in mind that moving up in levels isn’t just about acquiring points. You also need to deposit so much money, too. Your level is determined by both points and deposits made within a 6-month period.
You can see their VIP program in its entirety on their website.
A couple:
They use Real Time Gaming. This means you can expect to have 150+ casino games to choose from.
You have 3 options – their instant play (browser) casino, their download, or their mobile casino. There is no app – just go to their website from your mobile device and they’ll redirect you automatically.
Their instant play casino looks outdated. But the games work well, which is what’s really important.
Here are some of the games you can expect to find here.
They have a nice mix of both blackjack and regular table games to choose from. The only thing I’d like to see added are live dealer games.
They cover all the basics – 3 reel classics, 5-reel video slots, slots with features, bonus rounds, and more. But one thing they don’t have are licensed titles – slots revolving around well-known celebrities, pop culture, movies, video games, comic books, and more. This is disappointing – to me, anyway – but definitely not a deal-breaker.
Casino Extreme also hosts monthly slot tournaments. The one I’m looking at now has a $2 buy-in and $1,000 prize pool. But they also have daily and weekly tournaments (several of them) with buy-ins that start at free and prize pools that start at $20.
Most, if not all of these games are available in multi-hand (3, 10, 52, 100) variants.
Nothing to add here – just your standard list of specialty games.
Overall, they cover the basics …and then a little bit more.
I don’t have any complaints outside the desire for licensed slots and live dealer table games. I think most people will be happy here.
Here are our thoughts on Casino Extreme.
There are a couple things that stood out to me:
Here are the things that stood out the most:
Yeah, I think so.
I couldn’t find any reason to blacklist them, or to warn our readers from playing here. All the complaints I found were from years ago; things that aren’t relevant today, regardless if those posts were bad OR good.
Beyond that, my complaints are minor and are overshadowed by what Casino Extreme does well.
If you’re already a customer of another RTG casino, you might not see much reason to join – other than maybe to claim more offers.
But for everyone else who’s looking for something new to try, give Casino Extreme a shot.
