Miami Club Casino Review

Let’s talk about Miami Club Casino. They’re one of several brands owned and operated by Deck Media.

  • Games

More specifically we talk about licensing, fees, limits, software, types of games, and more.

We’ll wrap things up with a short summary and an opinion of whether we can recommend Miami Club Casino to our readers.

In this section, you’ll find out who Miami Club is, where they’re licensed, how to contact support and if they’ve been involved in any scams or scandals.

Who is Miami Club?

Miami Club is an online casino that’s owned and operated by Deck Media. They got their start in 2012, which means they’ve been online for about 5 years.

Are they licensed and regulated?

They’re licensed by the jurisdiction of Curacao.

Are there any scams or problems I should know about?

I couldn’t find any scams directly related to Miami Club Casino.

That said, if you do some research on Deck Media or other Deck Media brands, you might find some complaints or negative reviews. But, as I’ve mentioned in our Spartan Slots and Sloto’Cash reviews, I don’t give any of these much weight.

Miami Club isn’t on any legit blacklist, and any customer complaints they’ve had on AskGamblers.com has either been taken care of or rejected – the latter often because the player’s complaint is bogus.

Overall, they have a relatively clean background. I found nothing that would push me to blacklist them or otherwise warn our readers not to play here.

Players from the following countries cannot play at Miami Club:

  • Canada
  • Israel
  • Moldova
  • United Kingdom

US players can play here for real money, but there are a few exceptions. Players from New Jersey, Louisiana, Missouri, New York, Kentucky, Washington State and Maryland are prohibited from signing up.

I’m glad to see they accept bitcoin. I also like how they don’t charge fees on deposits.

However, a $35 min deposit is a tad high. Though if that’s something you’re worried about, then chances are you shouldn’t be gambling in the first place.

The other minimum deposits – the $5.63 and $1.13 – is weird. You’d think you’d do something simpler, such as $5 or $10. But, whatever, it’s not a big deal.

Neteller No Charge Min: $150/Max: $2,000 per 7 day period Approximately 2 business days. Funds will be sent directly to your Neteller account.

Their payment processing department operates Monday through Friday only. If you need a cash out, you’ll want to make sure to put in your request during that time frame.

Their cash out fees are on par with a few of their other brands, as well as with other online casinos. But the $2,500 max is a tad low when compared their sister casino, Sloto’Cash, who has a $4,000-$5,000 weekly limit.

But this won’t affect most people, unless you play for higher limits and/or you win a progressive jackpot. They don’t make any exceptions for the latter scenario, either. If you do win a progressive jackpot, you’ll receive $2,000 per week until the balance is paid off. This sucks because it can take years to receive a multiple-6-figure or 7-figure balance. And how many online casinos can you think of that sticks around that long?

That said, the upside is we haven’t heard any bad news about Miami Club Casino. And they’ve been around the last few years without any major incidents. So, that should make you feel a little better if you win enough money to have to be paid in installments.

Welcome Bonus

Miami Club will match your deposit 100% up to $100. You can do this up to 8 times for a grand total of $800 in bonuses.

This is their only (bonus) offer.

VIP Program

They have a comp points program and VIP club.

For the points program, you’ll earn points for every dollar you wager. Once you hit 2,000 points you’ll be able to exchange them for cash back – at the base-rate of $1 per 1,000 points.

The number of points you’ll receive depends on the game you play and your VIP level. Here’s a chart that shows you how they figure it out:

Comp Points earned for $100 in wagers
Game Millionaire’s Row Ocean Drive South Beach Bay Front Downtown Flamingo
Any Slots 248 232 216 200 184 160

All other table games 93 87 81 75 69 60

Your points/cash back will have a 1x rollover before you can cash it out.

The points you earn will also determine your VIP level. There are 6 tiers in all. Here are the tiers and the points you need to get there:

Miami Club has made a couple changes since the last time we reviewed them.

For example, they’ve made it easier to make it to each level – with the exception of Millionaire’s Row, which is the same. But they’ve decreased the number of reload coupons you get, as well as the total amount you can receive each month.

The two top levels also changed a couple of their day-to-day bonuses – of which were also decreased.

This might appear to be a bad thing. It looks stingy. But, if you’re unable to make it to those higher levels, you’re not going to get the offers anyway. So, by making it easier to reach these levels, you should, in theory, receive more (bonus) money overall.

What Are the Rollover Requirements?

Their wager requirement is 20-40x the deposit plus bonus. This is reasonable. But keep in mind that’s the default rollover – for slots and keno players – all other games will contribute different amounts.

Here’s a chart that shows what each game contributes:

Wagers on Count
Any slot game 100%
Keno 100%
Bingo Bucks, Poker Slots, Dazzling Dice 100%
Baccarat 0%
Any Blackjack game 10%
Craps 0%
Any Roulette game 0%
Any Video Poker game 10%
All other Table games 35%

Are There Any Limits or Rules?

Yes, there are a few additional rules:

  • Bonuses cannot be cashed out – they’re for wagering only. You can only cash out your winnings, once you complete the playthrough requirements.
  • You cannot bet more than $10 while clearing a bonus.
  • Miami Club Casino bonuses are not available to players in the following countries: Netherlands, Greece, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Russia, Ukraine, Sweden.

Other than that, you’ll want to pay attention to whatever promotions they offer. Because rules can, and often do change.

Let’s look at the kinds of games you can expect to find at Miami Club Casino.

  • And More!

This isn’t their entire list – there are many others. And they include all a slot players’ favorites – options like 3-5 reels, progressives, video and classic machines, slots with features, bonus rounds, 3D slots and many others.

They also run a TON of (slot) tournaments. You can get an idea of what they offer here. Most of these have a cheap $2 buy-in and award (leaderboard) winners daily.

They have weekly tournaments, too, which cost $.50 more – a few are even free – but they have prize pools ranging from $500 to $5,000. Sometimes the winner gets the entire pot. Other times several winners are paid on a sliding scale.

The neat thing is that the tournaments aren’t limited to just slots – they offer other tourneys too, such as blackjack.

The best part is any tournament winnings are paid directly to your account, and you can withdraw them at any time – there’s no rollover to clear first.

What software do they use?

They use WGS Technology. This is unique from some of their other casinos in that use Real Time Gaming, Betsoft, Parlay, or a combination of these.

One of the perks to this is some of the unique game titles you won’t see from other software companies.

How many games are there?

Their website says they have 130 different slots. Based on that, and the games I listed above, I’d say more than 150. More than enough to keep you busy.

What games could they add or improve?

One option I’d like to see are live dealer games. Many of their competitors are adding live dealer options, such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat. I think that’d make the biggest difference to their current selection.

Do you have to download their software?

No. Miami Club has both a download and instant play casino. The instant play casino is ideal for people who don’t want to clutter up their computers with heavy software files. It’s also ideal for Mac users who can’t download the software.

Is there a mobile app? Are there mobile-friendly games?

Miami Club doesn’t have a mobile app. But they do have mobile-compatible games.

They’re a bit hard to find though. They have a mobile responsive website, then a mobile page that tells you where to find their mobile games – which is on a slightly different URL.

Once you do find it, though, you’ll have 70 different mobile-friendly games to play. There’s a little bit of everything, including slots, video poker, table games and tournaments. You can also handle banking and promotions from your phone/tablet.

Their mobile casino is compatible with Windows, Apple and Android.

Overall, it’s a nice casino.

I like their VIP program. It’s robust – much larger than (most of) their sister casinos. The bonus is pretty good too – it’s small enough that most people can take advantage of the whole thing. The rollover is reasonable, too.

I also liked seeing a completely different software and games. You can’t complain about that.

That said, I’d like to see live dealer games. And while their game selection is unique from other casinos, it’s still more of the same old same old. Same kind of casino games, just different names.

It’d also be nice if they offered more than just one (welcome) bonus. Why not toss a reload bonus or two in the mix? Unless they’re saving those for their VIP members. That makes sense, though I’m not a fan.

That’s about it, so…

Do I recommend Miami Club?

Yes, I do.

This is one of my favorite Deck Media brands so far. I like the simplicity of one offer, a VIP program, a cash back program and one software company. Even if I sometimes wish I could have more.

Miami Club also offers several banking options, including bitcoin. And even though I wish their cash out limits were high – like Sloto’Cash’s $4-$5k weekly limits – the truth is that this won’t impact most players reading this.

And I’ve found nothing bad or scandalous about them. No reason to blacklist them. No reason NOT to check them out.

So, if you’re in the market for a new casino, and are looking for a change from the standard Real Time Gaming, Rival and Betsoft-powered casinos out there, Miami Club’s worth a look.

Check them out today.
