Who is Mr Green? How long have they been in business?

The company was founded in 2012. They were founded by Mr Green and Co AB, a gambling investment firm located in Sweden.

Are they licensed? Regulated?

Yes. They’re licensed in Malta.

Who can -or- can’t play here?

They prohibit A LOT of countries from playing at their casino. More than 100. For that reason I won’t list them all. The larger countries they prohibit, though, include:

  • United States
  • Costa Rica
  • Spain
  • Denmark
  • India
  • France
  • Greece
  • Hong Kong
  • China
  • Russia
  • Japan
  • South Korea
  • South Africa.

Have they been involved in any scams? Are there any major complaints you should know about?

Not that I could find.

They have a few complaints, but that’s normal for any business. There are 12 on AskGamblers.com – 2 are unresolved, one is rejected, and the rest are resolved.

They’re a CasinoMeister.com ‘Accredited Casino’ for having great customer service, fast payouts, weekend cash outs, no payout limits and for having a responsive forum rep.

They’re also endorsed on Wizard of Odds. This means that, if you have any problems, they will mediate on your behalf (if you’re tagged to their affiliate account).

The bottom line – they’re not tied to any scams, and they have average to above average ratings across the web. There’s no reason for us to blacklist their site.

How do you contact support?

You can use the following channels:

Envelope
PHONE: +442035100870
LIVE CHAT

Keep in mind this phone number is for UK players. The best number for you will depend on where you’re calling from. You can find their contact information on their website.

What payment methods can you use to fund your account? Are there any limits or fees?

The banking options they accept include:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Direct Bank Transfer (Trusty)
  • Neteller
  • Skrill
  • ClickandBuy
  • Paysafe Card

What options can you use to cash out? Are there any limits or fees?

You can use:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • ClickandBuy

E-wallet transfers are usually available immediately once the payment has been approved. All the other options will take between 1-3 days.

You’ll get one free cash out every 7 (recurring) days. Request a cash out between that and you’ll be charged a fee. Here’s what those fees look like:

Currency Withdrawal Fee
EUR/GBP/CAD Up to 100 1
SEK/NOK Up to 1000 10
PLN Up to 500 5
CZK Up to 2000 20
Currency Withdrawal Fee Max Fee
EUR/GBP/CAD Over 100 1% 10
SEK/NOK Over 1000 1% 100
PLN Over 500 1% 50
CZK Over 2000 1% 200

Mr Green says they’ll let you know when your next free cash out will be available during the cash out process (so you can decide if you want to wait or not). You’ll also be “clearly notified” if you’ll have to pay any fees for your cash out, as well as the amount.

Are there any additional rules, limits or fees you should know about?

Winnings over €100,000 are paid in 10 monthly instalments of 10% each.

Do they offer a welcome bonus?

They do. Their welcome offer is pitched as a ‘choose your own adventure’ bonus. There are 3 different offers to choose from:

Casino Bonus

Get a 100% match on any deposit between $20 and $100. On top of that you’ll get 100 free spins on the Starburst slot machine, plus an additional 100 free spins split up over 20 days to use on their other machines.

Sportsbook Bonus

Make a deposit of $20 or more. Then make a bet of $20 or more on anything you want in the sportsbook. Once your bet has been settled, you’ll receive two $10 bets. You’ll also receive 100 free spins, divvied out to you at 5 per day for the next 20 days.

Live Casino Bonus

Make a deposit of $20 or more. Then wager ALL your deposit in Mr Green’s live casino. If you win, you win – that’s your prize. But if you lose, you’ll trigger their ‘Second Chance’ offer and receive 50% of your deposit back, up to $50. You’ll also receive 100 free spins, available at the rate of 5 per day for 20 days.

Are there any additional offers you can claim?

There is one:

Gold Card Bonus

Play the ‘exclusive’ live blackjack table during the weekend. If you draw one of 17 golden cards, you’ll receive the cash value ($5, $10, $20 or $50). If you draw Mr Green himself, all players will get $20 cash. All prizes are cash – no rollover necessary – and will be paid out within 72 hours.

That’s it for offers. There are a few others, but they’re limited time deals. When I checked them out, they were good for only a couple weeks.

I’ll list them here anyway so that you can get an idea of the types of offers Mr Green runs:

  • Hollywood Getaway - Win a VIP Hollywood vacation and cash prizes. All you got to do is play the Hansel & Gretel slot. For every $10 spent, you’ll receive one entry to the drawing.
  • Festival of Cash – Play their new Carnaval slot. For every $30+ wagered, you’ll receive anywhere from 1 to 40 entries to their drawing. There are two types of drawings – a main and VIP cash draw – where you can win as much as $15,000.
  • Double Dragon Cash Race – Play their Double Dragon slot machine. You may trigger a bonus chest reward that may contain a cash prize. The bigger your bet, the better your chances of triggering a bonus.

You can see all of their current offers by visiting their promotions page.

Is there a comps and/or VIP program?

No, not yet. But they are working on it.

According to their promotions page, they have their ‘VIP Lounge’ in the works. They’re vague about what the club will offer, but they do say “Benefit from bespoke promotions, one-of-a-kind adventures to some of the most prestigious events around the world and tailored one-to-one concierge service you can only expect from Mr Green.

They also say it’s an ‘exclusive club.’ So, don’t be surprised if it admission is by invite only.

Are there any terms or limits you should know about?

The welcome offers will have the following terms:

  • Free spins will expire 7 days after they’re credited to your account.
  • The 50% ‘Second Chance’ offer has no wagering requirements. It’s yours to keep and do as you please.
  • Free spin winnings are considered ‘bonus cash’ and will have a 35x playthrough.
  • The min odds to claim the free sports bets are 2.00 or higher.
  • Bets made using the free bets must have min odds of 1.80 (or higher) and used for single bets only.
  • Free bets will expire 7 days after being credited to your account.
  • You can only choose one of the 3 welcome offers.

You can see all the terms for their welcome offer on their website.

Since the majority of their other offers are limited time deals, and these offers change every few weeks, it’ll make sense to become familiar with their terms and conditions page.

What software companies does Mr Green work with?

They work with some of the best in the industry, which includes:

  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • IGT
  • NextGen
  • Quickspin
  • Bally
  • Quickfire
  • Play’N Go
  • Yggdrasil
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Edict
  • Bally Technologies
  • Nyx Interactive
  • Playtech
  • BetSoft

They work with other lesser known software companies, too.

How many games can you play? How can you play them?

I counted more than 265 on their website (using the ‘All Games A-Z’ filter). I’ve seen other reviews that say they have more than 400 games.

It’s possible that because I was checking their site out using a VPN (through Canada) that there are some games Mr Green couldn’t show me per their agreement with each software provider.

Important!
I’m pretty sure this is the case since I’ve looked at their casino from the US, Canada and UK. While searching from Canada, I couldn’t find any video poker games. However, I had no problem finding them while searching from the US or United Kingdom.

Not only that, but I counted 265 games while using their site from Canada. However, I counted more than 500 casino games while using their site from the United Kingdom.

Their navigation is different for each region, too.

The takeaway – your experience may vary depending on where you’re playing from.

You can play their games online, through their instant play casino – which is through your browser.

You can also take this approach to play their games on your mobile phone or tablet. They even let you play their games for free.

However, if you prefer the native approach, they have apps for both Apple and Android.

What are some examples of the games you can play?

Their games are organized using the following filters:

  • Top Rated
  • New Games
  • Video Slots
  • Live Casino
  • Jackpot Games
  • Blackjack
  • Roulette
  • All Games A-Z

We’ll include some examples of the highlighted filters below.

SlotsVideo Slots

  • Holmes And The Stolen Stones
  • More Gold Diggin’
  • The Tipsy Tourist
  • Big Bad Wolf
  • Fire Joker
  • Rook’s Revenge
  • The Dark Joker Rizes
  • Razortooth
  • Immortal Romance
  • Mr Vegas
  • Golden Ticket
  • Game Of Thrones
  • Bar Bar Black Sheep
  • Golden Fish Tank
  • Gold Factory
  • Cyrus The Virus
  • Gemix
  • Terminator 2
  • Tomb Raider
  • Myth
  • Thunderstruck
  • Genie’s Touch
  • Riches Of Ra
  • Karate Pig
  • Dragon’s Myth
  • Retro Reels
  • Xmas Joker
  • Crazy Cows
  • Hellboy
  • Gold Strike
  • So Many Monsters
  • Crystal Gems
  • Machine Gun Unicorn
  • Ladies Nite
  • Gung Pow
  • Hot As Hades
  • Rabbit In The Hat
  • Ninja Magic
  • Battlestar Galactica
  • Football Star
  • Dragon Dance
  • Cricket Star
  • Timber Jack
  • Taboo Spell
  • Bullseye
  • Break Away
  • Wild Orient
  • Avalon
  • Green Pasteur
  • Burning Desire

What stands out to me are the licensed slots. For example, Hellboy, Terminator and Game of Thrones. These are identical to the types of slot machines you’ll find in a Las Vegas casino.

Other than that you’ll find a good mix of 3-reel and 5-reel video slots, which includes slots with wilds, bonus rounds, features and more.

Card GamesLive Casino

  • Live Blackjack – 4+ Tables
  • VIP Blackjack
  • Immersive Roulette
  • VIP Roulette
  • Baccarat
  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • London Roulette
  • Double Ball Roulette
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Three Card Poker
  • Blackjack Party
  • Auto Roulette VIP
  • Dragonara Live Roulette
  • Ultimate Texas Hold’em

They have 20 different live dealer options. This is easily one of the largest live dealer selections I’ve seen. And their tables include a mix of stakes, men and women dealers.

Blackjack GamesBlackjack

  • Lucky Ladies Blackjack
  • Suit’em Up Blackjack
  • Buster Blackjack
  • Lucky Lucky Blackjack
  • Perfect Pairs Blackjack
  • Classic Blackjack
  • 21+3 Blackjack
  • 6-In-1 Blackjack

Several of their blackjack games in this section are from their live dealer section.

Specialty GamesRoulette

  • Multiplayer Roulette
  • American Roulette
  • Double Ball Roulette

The other 8+ roulette games in this section can also be found in their live dealer section.

Video PokerVideo Poker

I only came across this video poker games while browsing their site from the US and the UK. I’m not sure all the countries video poker may or may not be available. But since they’re an instant play casino only, all you got to do is browse their complete list of games and you’ll see what they have.

Here are some of the titles I found:

  • Double Bonus Poker
  • Double Double Bonus
  • Triple Play Draw Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • Jokerpro
  • Joker Wild Double Up

There might be others, but again, it’ll depend on where you live. Not only that, but for some reason they don’t have ‘video poker’ included in their navigation. So, you have to search for the poker machines you want to play.

That’s a pain in the butt, and probably my biggest complaint about their casino – next to the inconsistency of the games they offer from one country to the next.

What markets does Mr Green cover? What types of bets can you make?

The markets they cover include:

  • American Football
  • Australian Rules
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Beach Soccer
  • Beach Volley
  • Boxing
  • Chess
  • Cricket
  • Cycling
  • Darts
  • E-Sports
  • Floorball
  • Football
  • Golf
  • Handball
  • Horse Racing
  • Ice Hockey
  • Motorsports
  • Mr Green Specials
  • Netball
  • Pesapallo
  • Politics
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Snooker
  • Squash
  • Surfing
  • Tennis
  • Trotting
  • TV & Novelty
  • UFC/MMA
  • Volleyball
  • Winter Olympic Games
  • Winter Sports
  • WWE
  • Yachting

They cover just about everything. The only thing I see missing are the seasonal events that aren’t happening right now, such as the Summer Olympics.

And when you click on each option you’ll land on a page where you’ll see all your betting options, which also includes sub markets of the main market, when available. For example, Mexican League baseball in the baseball section.

The types of bets you can make include:

  • Match
  • Correct Score
  • Over/Under
  • Odd/Even
  • Head-To-Head or Triple-Head
  • Half Time/Full Time
  • Period
  • Draw No Bet
  • Handicap
  • Double Chance
  • Outright
  • Each Way
  • Goal Minutes
  • Props

You can learn more about their betting options, rules and rules for each individual market in .

Are there betting limits?

The min bet is .10.

It looks like they have a max payout limit (for one Account Holder) of $100,000. This can be lower depending on the sport, league, type of offer, and – of course – Mr Green’s discretion.

They don’t post any additional limits on their site, or that I could find in their terms and conditions we linked to above.

Do they offer live betting? What about live streaming?

They do have live betting. When I checked them out they had live odds going for the following markets:

  • Football
  • Tennis
  • Basketball
  • Baseball

Chances are they cover most (major) sports, though.

However, it does NOT look like they offer live streaming. But considering they just launched their sportsbook in 2016, our fingers are crossed that this is one of the next items on their to-add list.

Do they have mobile betting?

Yes. They offer apps for both Android and Apple. Though, like their casino, I wouldn’t be surprised if you could also make bets from your browser.

Here are our overall thoughts and recommendation for Mr Green Casino and Sportsbook.

What do we like least about them?

There are a few things I don’t care for:

  • They don’t have many promotions, nor are they very large. And most disappointing of all, they only have one sportsbook offer, and it’s buried within their (casino) welcome bonus.
  • It’s hard to tell what they have to offer because it’s different for customers in different countries. I experienced 3 different things checking out their site from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
  • It’s frustrating when we can’t say exactly what they have for games, banking options or limits. It means that sometimes we’re right, but other times we’re wrong. Which can confuse our readers.
  • It doesn’t look as if they have a VIP program. And I checked from the US, CA and UK. They say they have something in the works, though. However, if you read other review sites, it looks as if Mr Green had a VIP program in the past. Where is that?
  • They’re not transparent about some of their limits and playthrough requirements. This is a common complaint from other review sites. But these are things that people want to know BEFORE they commit to a casino.

Those are the things that stuck out most to me. Not everything is bad, though.

What do we like most about them?

Here are some things that stuck out to me:

  • The branded site. Few casinos truly do (a good job at) this – get behind a character or persona or some other kind of brand. Mr Green does a good job of adding this to their games, promotions and overall feel of their site.
  • They have hundreds of games – more than 500, depending on where you’re playing from. Most of these are slots, of which include many licensed titles.
  • They have one of the largest selections of live dealer games I’ve seen.
  • Their playthrough looks reasonable, though I didn’t see if this applies to all their games.

So, what are our final thoughts on Mr Green Casino and Sportsbook?

Do we recommend Mr Green?

Yeah, definitely. But with a couple caveats.

I think it’d make sense to email them with a few questions about limits. Just to make sure they’ll fit your budget.

I also think it’d make sense to create a free account and scope out their casino and sportsbook to make sure they have the games, markets and betting options you want. Because they may be different for customers in your area than what we’ve listed here.

Other than that, though, I see no reason not to sign up. They have great ratings, feedback, no scams and tons of gambling options. For the right player, they look like they’re everything you’d want in a casino and sportsbook.
