Your CommentIt's impossible to get them to pay you!! I used 3 different cards on this site and in order to get a payout they need the documentation for all cards.. The two Visa cards I used i was able to get them all the info needed, but with the 3rd card was a Visa gift card. Because the Visa gift card is not linked to my address and was a temporary card they won't allow a payout. Doesn't matter that the Visa gift card I used 6 months ago. An underage person created my account with my information. The 888 phone number asks me to leave a message, and the "chat" guy said acct would be deleted within 24 hours, but no email can go out confirming such and GE closed chat.
This is illegal. There us no way for me to close the acct that I can see. Can anyone help with info on closing acct?

This is sad. This Casino is a scam. They are terrible and will take your money. I got a call from a guy on Saturday, he offered me a 'bonus' usually only available to VIP members. BTW, i've spent thousands on this sent yet I am still a normal member LOL!! So this guy sets up my bonus so I can deposit Tuesday and get money (as I normally do). Well my free spins stop working so I message support. The first guy claims that the guy I talked to wasn't a part of the Casino. I tell him he obviously was because how did I get the bonus offer if I am not a VIP and one of their staff didn't put it in. He says "i don't want to argue, if you had won 100 million it wouldn't of mattered. You would of lost your money because you can't have this promotion" . Then he disconnects after I asked for a manager. The next guy also refuses to let me talk to a manager and he takes away the bonus. He says it was my fault. He ask if he can help me with something else, then i say yes, he waits 5 seconds while I am typing to ask how can this casino offer a loyal player a bonus knowing i would lose my money no matter what and not even apologize? Let alone try to make it right. To know my 200 would of been charity to them because even if I had won a million, they would of used a 'loop hole" like scammers to deny me any winnings at all. This is way too good a review for this casino - there are many many casinos out there and this one is the worse for payouts. I've won more money here but have lost it due to their messed up rules around mixed funds and they're slow =a*S payment system.. if you can play somewhere else, please do.

I put in withdrawal Nov.17 2016 and it was approved I continually got the run around had to resend all info I had given them before in Dec. cause my paperwork expired. Never was told that during the whole back and forth process. I figured I would put my withdraw in and have the money before holidays,WRONG!!!!!! Finally received Feb. 7 2017. I made sure I gave info for wire transfer on my latest withdraw and already contacted chat and got 3 different answers from chat reps. The phone number on websites is set up going straight to a recording stating leave name and number and will get a call back, Yet to recieve a call back. Wanting advice as to if I should worry about getting my payout??

I've submitted my documents 21 times for approval they state that they are not legible period I would state that you go to the dispute resolution or to the Costa Rican gambling board that they are registered with and file a complaint
