After several deposits, I finally won a few dollars, and requested a withdrawal of $600. After playing email tag for a couple weeks, I finally had the correct format for all their required paperwork for the withdrawal process. (If you misspell a word in the email's subject line, they will force you to resend it, but won't bother telling you that until you ask them why it didn't go through). After several attempts, I had it perfect, and finally got my approval!
I expected to wait for awhile to receive the payout, as I'm in the US and requested a check by mail. This site says to expect to wait up to 30 days for the check, but I waited 6 MONTHS, and was contacting the LiveChat to get updates at least every couple of weeks. I was always told that they were backed up, and to please be patient. Often I would be told that my request was being expedited, and received an apology for the wait time.
My last LiveChat conversation with them, I was told that my check had already been mailed out just 5 days earlier, on the 15th, and to expect it soon. I was never provided a tracking number or notified that it had been sent.
Today I got my check, and the tracking number on the courier envelope clearly shows that my check was ACTUALLY mailed about 12-14 hours AFTER my last chat with them, on the 21st.
So, they jerked me around, delayed everything as much and often as possible, delivered whatever lie to me simply to try to make me believe that they were doing anything to get me paid out, when really they were doing nothing, and then sent the check AFTER I complained enough to get them to actually send it, but still lied and said "the check's in the mail," fully knowing that it had NOT been sent. These guys might be legit, in the sense that they WILL pay you, but only6 months AFTER you ask for your money, and only if you continually harass them the whole time. I have absolutely no doubt that the check never would have been sent had I not tending to it. I think they just delay and hope people will give up or forget so they can keep the money. Legit? Yes. But they cheat and lie to the end of the world. Forget this site. I'll never gamble there again!

They did not even give me the courtesy of leaving me with what I deposited from my own pocket.
I used a bonus and deposited around $100 of my own money, then played black jack. I won roughly $350 and submitted the withdrawal request. Weeks went by and nothing. Finally, I reached out to an online support agent for Silver Oak Casino, and was given massive attitude and disrespect while being told that I get $0 of my winnings because I played black jack after using a bonus. They took everything, even the $100 of my own money. Did not even offer a credit.
This casino is a scam, and should have been shut down by now.

Silver oaks is a scam site the only time you win is when your playing with money your not supposed to be playing with on a game your not supposed to be playing with that money. My free $100 chip for instance. Won over $1000 So they took $1000 for the chip they had given me leaving me with $200 left. Yes it was all free money. ( not really because i have deposited probably $2000 + over the past year) but after i paid them $1000 for the"free chip" whatever was left should be my cash i could have withdrawn it. Well i say that but I'm sure they would have come up with a reason that i couldn't. ANYWAY so thinking it was my cash i started playing roulette which normally if your not supposed to be playing a game with the money your using they won't let you well i won several thousand when i tried to withdraw $2500 after getting the run around for a week opened my account to find my pending payout was gone they took it all this is the second time i tired to get a payout from them only to receive nothing.
