Interested in playing at Slots Capital Casino?
You’re in the right place then. Everything important you need to know about Slots Capital in 2017 – before you sign up – can be found in our review below. We’ve organized and placed this information under one of the following categories:
Simply click on the links to go directly to the category you want to learn more about.
Our goal is that by the time you’re done reading this review, you’ll have a good idea whether or not Slots Capital is the right online casino for you.
Let’s get started.
There actually isn’t much information on their website – no about us page, no page where they tell you who they are, where they’re located or who they’re licensed with.
I had to look elsewhere for this information.
Now, this isn’t a HUGE deal for me. This is what I do every day. But for the customer – you – who doesn’t do research like this on a daily basis, a lack of ‘about us’ details can be a bit suspicious.
Anyway, here are the details we could find.
Slots Capital is owned and operated by Deckmedia N.V. – one of several casinos owned by this company. Slots Capital launched in 2007 (though some sources say 2012). The casino is licensed through the company by the jurisdiction of Curacao.
Reports are mixed, but it looks like most major counties are accepted – including the United States. There are some exceptions, though, which includes:
And players from the following US states are not allowed to play at Slots Capital: New York, New Jersey, Washington, Kentucky, Maryland, Louisiana and Missouri.
Not that I can find. In fact, there are a few Deck Media casinos who are ‘Accredited Casinos’ at Casinomeister.com. Slots Capital has an endorsement from the Wizard of Odds, too, which means if you use their sign-up links and run into any issues, they will mediate on your behalf.
These are both trustworthy websites in the gambling niche. So, if they’re willing to stick their necks out on your behalf, the casinos have to be legit.
Other than that, they have average to slightly above average reviews across the web. The few complaints they have on AskGamblers.com have (all) been resolved.
If you need help, the first thing I suggest doing is visiting their FAQ page. Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions they receive.
If that doesn’t work, you can reach out to support using one of the following channels:
These are your options:
Payment Method | Bonus on Deposit | Processing Time | Deposit | Withdrawal | US Players |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
VISA | Yes | Instant | Yes | No | Yes |
Mastercard | Yes | Instant | Yes | No | Yes |
American Express | Yes | Instant | Yes | No | Yes |
Skrill (Moneybookers) | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes | No |
Neteller | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes | No |
ECO Card | Yes | Instant | Yes | Yes | No |
Transfer Money | Use cash to fund your account from any Transfer Money processing sites located all around the world. Contact our customer support service department for sending instructions. |
Unfortunately, I don’t see bitcoin. It’s an option at a few of Deck Media’s other casinos, so I’m a bit surprised Slots Capital doesn’t accept it. Especially considering how easy and convenient it is for their US customers.
Here are your options:
Withdrawal Method | Min Amount | Max Amount | Fees | Payout Requests | Description |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Bank Wire | $100 | $2,500 | $60 p/ txn | 1 p/ week | SWIFT code for your bank is mandatory, we cannot process bankwires to 3rd party banks. |
Check | $150 | $2.000 | $30 p/ txn | 1 p/ week | Checks must be deposited into your bank account for clearance. |
Neteller | $25 | $2,500 | Free! | Unlimited! | Payments processed within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday) |
Skrill (Moneybookers) | $25 | $2,500 | Free! | Unlimited! | Payments processed within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday) |
Eco Payz | $25 | $2,500 | Free! | Unlimited! | Payments processed within 72 business hours (Monday through Friday) |
Their options, fees and limits look identical to Sloto’Cash – another Deck Media property. The exception are the max cash out limits. The limits here are a tad lower.
Their weekly maximums are the same, though. They limit players to cash outs of $4,000 per week until after their first successful cash out. After that the max may be as large as $5,000 per week.
$5,000 is also the weekly maximum if you were to win a pot larger than $20,000. This isn’t ideal, especially if you win a progressive jackpot, but it’s much larger than other US-facing online casinos.
Everything else is pretty standard.
Here are all the details about Slots Capital promotions.
They do have a welcome bonus. They’re offering a 277% match welcome bonus. Make a deposit of $20 or more and they will match your deposit 277%, up to a max of $2,777.
This offer has a 30x playthrough. You’ll want to keep in mind the bonus itself isn’t cashable – only the winnings are.
They do – Slots Capital has weekly offers. These are deals you can claim each day of each week. Every offer is different in terms of when you can claim it, how much you get, how many times you can claim it, and so on.
Here’s a chart showing all their weekly promotions for slots, keno and scratch cards:
BONUS | PLAYTHRU | CODE | CLAIMABLE | EXTRA INFO |

100% | 30x | WEEKLYMATCH | 1x per week from (Mon-Fri) | +$33 Free! |

100% | 20x | EASYSUNDAY | Sunday’s | Ultra Low Playthrough! |
They also have a couple other deals located in their ‘weekly rewards’ section. Here are the details for those:
Receive a free ticket on Fridays if you make a deposit within the last 7 days. You’ll get anywhere from $10 to $125 depending on what your net losses were for the last week. You can cash out a max of $250 to $3,125 – depending on your ticket amount – though there’s a low 25x playthrough to get through beforehand.
Get cash back every Monday. The amount – which ranges from 10-20% - will depend on your VIP status. This has a 40x playthrough.
That’s it for their core offers.
Other than the terms mentioned above, you also want to keep in mind that while clearing a bonus, your bets need to be limited to a max of $10. And unless said otherwise, all bonuses are non-cashable – you can only cash out your winnings.
Yup.
You’ll receive points for every $1 you spend at Slots Capital. Accumulate enough points and you can turn them in for cash. Every 100 points will earn you $1 in cash back.
They also have a VIP program. This is much smaller, though, compared to Sloto’Cash or Miami Club’s VIP programs.
Slots Capital’s VIP program has 4 tiers. Each one comes with additional perks – things like tokens, cash back, larger bonuses, and more.
Here’s a chart showing each tiers and the basic perks you get:
Level | Weekly Bonus | Birthday Bonus | Monthly Cashback | Comp Rewards |
---|---|---|---|---|
Special (default) | 100% Bonus | $15 | 0% | 2:1 |
Gold | 200% Bonus | $50 | 5% | 5:1 |
Platinum | 225% Bonus | $100 | 10% | 7:1 |
Diamond | 250% Bonus | $200 | 15% | 8:1 |
The most exciting thing to me is the larger ratio of comp rewards.
However, compared to their sister casinos, this VIP program is weak and vague. They don’t even tell you what you need to do to become a VIP member other than that you need to be a customer for 30+ days and have sent in your security information. From there, you contact them at [email protected] to discuss your eligibility.
The bottom line – I wouldn’t sign up solely for this VIP program.
Here are some details about Slots Capital’s games and software.
One of the biggest downsides I immediately spotted is how you need to be a member to check out their games – even if you don’t plan to play at all.
Most casinos post their games on a separate (public) page, but Slots Capital doesn’t. This is frustrating because I don’t want to go through the hassle of creating an account, only to find out I don’t like the games they have.
I don’t imagine I’m the only one who feels this way.
Anyway, I used our other sources to get an idea of what games Slots Capital offers. The following list should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect if you decide to sign up there.
Slots Capital uses Rival Gaming software. This continues the trend we’ve seen where, even though they have multiple casinos, each one uses a different (combination of) software companies.
This is great because, even if you’re a member of one of their casinos, you still have a reason to check another one they operate. This is unlike most companies who have a portfolio of casinos that all share the same software, games, and sometimes even identical promotions.
Slots Capital has more than 150 casino games – of which, more than 135 are slots.
Given the name of the casino, it shouldn’t surprise you that the focus here is on slots. That being said, they do offer other casino games. The following is a list of what you can expect to find at their casino.
There’s a good mix of 3 and 5-reel machines, as well as classic slots, video slots, themed slots, slots with features, bonus rounds and even progressive jackpots.
You can access their games using one of these options:
One of the neat things about working with Rival are their iSlots. These are themed, story-oriented slots – as you play a story unfolds – you unlock new screens, symbols, bonus games and prices. Even neater yet, the game saves – you can leave whenever you want, and when you come back you can pick up where you left off.
They also have 3D slots on their site as well.
And if you’re not a real money gambler, you can play their games for free instead. All you need to do is create an account first.
Last, it’s great to see a few table and video poker games included considering this is a slots-focused brand. Because I think there are few people out who play nothing but slots. Just about everyone likes a little variety – which you’ll find here.
There’s not much I don’t like because, after all, this casino is focused on slots. So any thoughts I might have about adding live dealer or more table games is pointless.
That said, I’d love to have licensed slots to play. But that’s unlikely to happen since licensed slots are only found at legit licensed and regulated casinos – not at offshore casinos.
That’s all I have for complaints.
They do.
Slots Capital says their games are compatible with only Android and Apple devices. So, that’s another improvement they could make – add Windows and BlackBerry compatible casino games.
You get exactly what it says on the tin. You get more than 135 slot machines with a good mix of various slot types, themes and jackpots.
They even throw in a couple non-slots games for good measure.
My biggest complaint is their VIP program. It’s small and weak compared to their sister casinos. Slots Capital also doesn’t accept bitcoin, which is also something you’ll find at one of their sister sites.
Other than that, though, Slots Capital looks like a good choice for US gamblers. Especially if you’re a slots enthusiast.
Check them out.
