Vegas Casino Online Review

Welcome to our Vegas Casino Online review. The following covers everything you need to know about them so that you can make an educated decision as to whether you should sign up and make a deposit here.

That information includes:

  • Company – Who are they? How long have they been in business? How’s their reputation?
  • Support – How do you reach them? How good is their support?
  • Banking – How do you deposit and cash out? Are there limits and fees?
  • Promotions – What deals can you claim? Are their terms fair?
  • Games – What games do they have? Don’t have? Do they offer mobile games?

Then we wrap things up with a summary and final opinion about whether it’s worth your time and money to sign up here.

If that sounds good to you, then let’s get started.

Tip! If you already have an account at their sister brand, Las Vegas USA, then there’s no reason to read this review. Both casinos are identical.

Who owns and operates Vegas Casino Online? How long have they been in business?

They’re owned and operated by Main Street Vegas Group and have been in business since 1999. They also own/operate other casino brands, such as Las Vegas USA.

Are they licensed and regulated?

Vegas Casino Online is licensed and regulated in Costa Rica.

How’s their reputation?

About the same as Las Vegas USA – average.

ThePogg.com doesn’t recommend them. They don’t recommend Las Vegas USA, either, so no surprises there. But, like LV USA, they say their reviewers report having a good time here, and that there’s nothing major to report about the Main Street Group. Nevertheless, they’ve given them a 2/10 rating.

The WizardOfOdds.com endorses them, which seems to be a slight stretch given some of the average ratings I’ve seen from other portals. But it’s there, which means you can trust Vegas Casino Online a bit more because of it.

They have a 6/10 rating on CasinoListings.com, and a 4/5 rating with 468 votes on LatestCasinoBonuses.com.

Then there’s AskGamblers.com, where they have a 3.17 out of 10 rating and 33 complaints – a bit fewer than Las Vegas USA. 20 of those have been resolved. Several of the unresolved complaints have been ignored by Vegas Casino Online.

As for the others – I’ve come across one where the player was accused of fraud and the case was closed (per Vegas Casino Online), but not on AskGamblers. In another case, the player didn’t receive their money, but later worked things out and was in the process of getting paid.

But they never updated their post, so it’s still “unresolved.” It’s hard to trust some of these when the customers don’t feel the need to update their original posts.

Which is why I don’t put much weight behind them, but instead use them to gauge the overall opinion of a casino.

Overall, I don’t see much to worry about. I would expect payment processing to take a few weeks, which Vegas Casino warns you of on their site. And if you do run into issues, I wouldn’t expect a ton of back/forth on 3rd party sites. VCO appears to be very ‘no nonsense.’

But I have nothing major or scary to report reputation-wise.

Who can play here?

Players are not accepted from the following countries:

  • Bosnia
  • Herzegovina
  • Costa Rica
  • Germany
  • Spain
  • France
  • Morocco
  • Malaysia
  • Netherlands
  • Russian Federation

How do you contact support?

You can contact support through:

Envelope
PHONE: (877) 691-5124
LIVE CHAT

I have experience with both Main Street’s casinos. They usually respond pretty fast – within a couple of hours – and usually no longer than 24 hours.

What payment methods does Vegas Casino Online accept?

These are the banking options they accept:

  • Visa/MasterCard - $20-$5,000
  • MST Gift Cards - $5-$500
  • Neteller - $10-$2,500
  • Money Order - $1-$870

One thing I noticed that’s different between Vegas Casino and Las Vegas USA are their limits. The Visa/MasterCard min is $5 less here, while their max is 10x LARGER. LV USA is $500 while here you can deposit as much as $5,000 in one go.

The Money Order is about $130 less on the max here, but that’s probably not going to be a big deal for most players.

There are no fees on any deposit (and so long as you deposit $100+ if you use money orders).

How do you cash out your winnings? Are there any limits or fees?

You can cash out your winnings using the following options:

  • Check (via regular mail) - $100-$399.99
  • Check (via courier) - $400-$2,500
  • ACH Direct Deposit - $100-$1,250
  • Money Order - $100-$2,500
  • Neteller - $10-$5,000

The cash out options and limits are exactly the same as their sister brand.

Your expectations should be the same, too, in terms of how long it’ll take to process cash outs – as long as 2 weeks. I’m not a fan of this, but what I DO LIKE about it is how they’re upfront about it. They don’t say they take less than a week, then not process your payment for 2-4 weeks.

And, that doesn’t mean it’ll actually take that long. That’s just the worst-case scenario.

But don’t forget that’s just the processing time frame. You still need to give the payment time to reach your mailbox or checking account. So, I’d expect to wait 3-4 weeks for each cash out.

Other than that, what’s important to know is they have weekly cash out limits. Weekly limits suck, but Vegas Casino Online’s minimum is on par, if not slightly higher than other casinos. And it goes up from there based on your ‘Player Class.’

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Regular - $2,000/week
  • Silver - $3,000/week
  • Gold - $4,000/week
  • Platinum - $5,000/week
  • Diamond - $5,000/week

The absolute max is $5,000 per week. The only thing I’m not seeing is whether their limits exclude progressive jackpots, which I assume means it doesn’t. That’s my only big complaint about their banking process.

What offers can you claim?

There are several. Let’s start with their new player promotions, then cover the existing player promotions.

  • Initial Deposit Bonus – Get a 150% match on your deposit up to $3,000. This is a cashable offer and there’s no max cash-out. You can also use this for most games, which include: slots, keno, multi hand video poker, blackjack, 21 games, video poker and Caribbean stud.

The default playthrough is 40x for slots and keno, and 90x for just about everything else – on the deposit AND bonus. If you’re in a higher ‘Player Class,’ then you can get the playthrough as low as 30-50x.

You can see how this works in the chart below.

Games Cash Out Wagering Requirements**
Regular Silver Gold Platinum Diamond
Valid Games* 40 Times 40 Times 35 Times 30 Times 30 Times
Multihand Video Poker, BlackJack, 21 Games and Video Poker. 90 Times 80 Times 70 Times 50 Times 50 Times
Live Dealer Games, Progressives, Craps, Caribbean Hold’em, Baccarat, Tri Card Poker, Roulette, Three Card Rummy and Sic Bo. INVALID*** INVALID*** INVALID*** INVALID*** INVALID***
  • 400% Welcome Bonus – This is a 400% match bonus up to a MASSIVE $10,000. This can only be used for slots, keno and scratch cards, and has a 50x playthrough on the deposit and bonus.
  • 200% Double Match – This is a 200% match bonus that is fully cashable and has no cap on how much you can win. The max you can claim on this offer is $7,000. It has a 40x playthrough on the deposit and bonus.
  • Blackjack Bonus – Play any blackjack game (except live dealer blackjack) with this 100% match bonus. Claim as much as $1,000. You’ll need to playthrough the deposit and bonus 60 times before you can cash out.

Additional Offers

Those were the new player offers. Now let’s look at the offers for existing customers. Most of them are part of their daily deals. Here are the details behind each one.

  • Match Up Monday – Get a 100% match on your deposit up to $1,000.
  • Monday Cash Back – Every Tuesday you can receive 20% cashback on the deposits you made the previous Monday. There’s no playthrough, and you can cash out as much as $1,000.
  • Mad Tuesday – Grab a 250% bonus on all deposits made today.
  • Wild Wednesday – Get a 300% deposit bonus up to $300.
  • Thirsty Thursday – Earn a 95% deposit bonus up to $95. You can use this up to 3 times.
  • Freaky Friday – Receive a 250% deposit bonus.
  • Thank God It’s Saturday – Earn a 95% match bonus on deposits made today. You can use this up to 3 times.
  • Super Sunday – Get up to 3 bonuses worth up to $150 each.

I like how they have so many offers to claim. However, my complaint is that the information on their site isn’t consistent from one page to the next. So, it’s difficult to know exactly what offer you’re claiming.

For example, the Thirsty Thursday offer says a 200% match + free spins on the promotions page. But on their terms page it says it’s a 95% match bonus up to $95, which you can use 3 times.

So, which is it – a 200% match offer with free spins, or a 95% match bonus up to $95? That’s something Vegas Casino Online should clear up ASAP.

Anyway – in addition to their daily offers they also offer these promos:

  • Refer-a-Friend – Get $20 for every friend you send to Vegas Casino Online that makes a $50+ deposit. You can send as many friends as you want.
  • $1,000 Weekly Reward – They give out 10 weekly prizes each week worth $100 each.
  • Loyalty Program – Every time you place a wager you’ll receive points. It usually takes between $8 and $15, depending on the game you play and your current ‘Player Class.’ Every 100 points you accumulate can be exchanged for $1 in cash back.

But that’s not all. Depending on the number of points you redeemed the previous month, you may automatically qualify for a Silver, Gold or Platinum bonus. Here’s how that works:

Level Comp Points Redeemed Bonus
I $200-$499 $25.00
II $500-$999 $50.00
III $1,000 or more $75.00

Those who redeem loyalty member bonuses will also be entered into a drawing to win a $50 bonus each month.

That wraps it for their offers. Other than their rollover terms, which are high relative to other casinos (by at least 20x), they have a well-rounded selection of deals for you to claim.

Important!
There are several bonus terms you should be aware of. One of the most important is that you need to use the bonus code for whatever offer you want to claim, otherwise you will not get it when you deposit. You can see that and all their other rules on their bonus terms and conditions page at www.vegascasinoonline.eu/promotions-terms.

What software companies do they work with? How many games can you play?

Vegas Casino Online works with Real Time Gaming (RTG). They’re not the newest or most innovative company – at least, not anymore – but they offer 120+ casino games that mirror much of what you’ll find in a traditional brick and mortar casino.

You can play their games via download (Windows) or instant play (Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile (iOS and Android).

What kinds of games can you play? What are some examples of games they have?

Vegas Casino Online covers all the standard options. That includes slots, scratch cards, video poker, blackjack, Caribbean stud, craps, keno and loads more.

It’s not a bad selection overall. It might be a tad boring if you’re used to casinos with games from multiple software companies like Betsoft or Rival, or international software companies like Microgaming or Playtech. Otherwise I think most people will be happy here.

Easily their strongest sections – in my humble, yet accurate opinion – are their video poker and table games. They have more than 15 different video poker titles – all different, and not just higher stakes variations. Then you also have the single and multi-hand machines to choose from.

Then there’s their table games. There are more than 20, of which most consist of blackjack and blackjack variants. There’s also 2 roulette games – though I wish they had French roulette, as that one has the best player odds.

You can’t ignore their slot machines, either, considering they make up the majority of their game selection. While they don’t have the recognized titles you’ll find at a Microgaming or Playtech-powered casino, they do cover many different themes and genres.

Right off the bat I spotted fun-looking titles like Crazy Vegas, Goblin’s Treasure, Haunted Opera, Mid Life Crisis, Monster Mayhem, T-Rex and Vulcan.

Several of their games have progressives, too, ranging from something ‘small’ like $20,000, on up to $252,000, $1.08 million and $1.7 million.

There’s a little something here for just about everyone.

Some review sites say Vegas Casino Online is a ‘no brainer’ for US players.

I don’t know about that.

Between the delayed payment processing, high playthrough requirements and average ratings, I’d say they’re pretty far from being a ‘no brainer.’ There are much better alternatives. Bovada comes to mind, as does BetOnline and Ignition Casino.

However, Vegas Casino Online is a simple and straight-forward casino that will appeal to people who like that sort of thing. And as long as you come in with those expectations – and either don’t mind or plan to skip the bonus – then I think you’ll be plenty happy here.

Don’t take my word for it, though. Use the above link to create your account now and see for yourself.
