Our 2017 Winner.com Review

Welcome to our 2017 Winner.com review. Below we cover both their casino and poker games and promotions, as well as any other details we think are important to know before you join.

So, let’s just jump right into the review.

What I want to say first, though, is how surprised I was at how solid Winner looked on the surface, only to later read about some of the shady things people have accused them of doing.

Maybe it’ll stop you from playing here. Maybe it won’t. But if you’re interested in learning more about these accusations, as well as my opinion of their site, you’ll have to keep reading.

Device Compatibility:
  • Lots of bonuses
  • Up to date casino games
  • Good poker room
  • Very new site
  • No US players allowed

When we reviewed Winner.com, we were surprised to discover that players from certain countries – such as the United Kingdom or France – aren’t allowed to gamble here. For that reason, we thought it’d be a good idea to list all the countries Winner prohibits from gambling on their site. Players from the following countries cannot gamble for real money at Winner.com:

  • Afghanistan
  • Antigua and Barbuda
  • Bulgaria, Canada
  • China, Cuba
  • Cyprus
  • Estonia
  • France
  • French Guiana
  • French Polynesia
  • French Southern Territories
  • Hong Kong
  • Iran, Iraq
  • Israel
  • Libya
  • Macau
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Philippines
  • Turkey
  • United States
  • S. Minor Outlying Islands
  • United Kingdom

Winner offers several banking methods. What’s available to you will depend on where you live. Roughly half the deposit options they accept can be used for cash outs, too. We’ve listed all these options below, along with any fees they charge and estimated timeframes. All banking methods can be used for deposits and cash outs unless stated otherwise.

  • Visa – No fees. 4-10 days on cash outs between ‘pending’ and bank processing.
  • Paysafecard – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Neteller – Up to 4 days on cash outs. No fees.
  • Skrill/Moneybookers – Up to 4 days on cash outs. No fees.
  • Zimpler – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Eco – Up to 4 days on cash outs. No fees.
  • Entropay – Takes 3-10 days for cash outs. No fees.
  • Internet Banking – Takes 4-10 days for cash outs. No fees.
  • iDebit – Takes 3-10 days for cash outs. No fees.
  • Easy EFT
  • Instadebit – Takes 3-10 days for cash outs. No fees.
  • EPS – Deposit only. No fees. Bank Transfer – Takes 2-5 days for cash outs. No fees (from Winner.com).
  • Sofortüberweisung – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Przelewy24 – Deposit only. No fees.
  • eKonto – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Lobanet – Deposit only. No fees.
  • TrustPay – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Yandex – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Giropay – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Euteller – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Trustly – Deposit only. No fees.
  • QIWI – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Boleto – Deposit only. No fees.
  • AstroPayCard – Deposit only. No fees.
  • Web Money – Takes 2-5 days for cash outs. No fees.

It’s nice to see that fees are rare. But you do want to keep in mind that while Winner.com may not charge fees, you may have fees on your end from your bank or e-wallet.

A Couple Other (Bad) Things

We found a couple things we don’t like about Winner.com’s banking terms. The first one – they have a cash out limit of €9,990 per month.

This applies to progressive jackpot winners, too. The problem with this should be obvious – if you win any substantial amount of money – which is one of the perks of gambling – it can take months, if not years to cash it all out.

And any number of things can happen during that timeframe (such as the casino closing). Imposing cash out limits is a fairly standard practice, so we’re not all that surprised about that.

But we think they can increase their monthly limits a bit and not impose any limits onto progressive jackpot winners.

The second problem – according to our sources, Winner.com often insists players provide notarized copies of their IDs and other documents before Winner pays them.

The problem with this is it’s an extra cost the customer has to pay for. It also takes time to setup and do. Other reputable casinos don’t do this, so I doubt there’s any good reason Winner.com has for doing it.

Where to Go for Support

If you run into any problems or have any questions, you can contact Winner using live chat, a contact form on their site, or by using one of the following email addresses or phone numbers.

They have several offers listed between the 5 sections on their site. But what I’ve noticed is that many of the offers between the casino, live casino and slots section are the same, while there’s only one identical offer listed in the Vegas and games section. My point – this is far more confusing than it needs to be. I think Winner could’ve consolidated all the casino offers on one page, while listing all their poker offers on another. In any case, I’ve listed all their evergreen offers below, as well as mentioned the sections you can find them in.

Casino Offers

First Deposit BonusFirst Deposit Bonus

This is a 200% match offer up to €350. That means for every €1 you deposit, Winner will give you €2. The playthrough is 35x for slots.

2nd Deposit Bonus2nd Deposit Bonus

Get a 60% match bonus up to €300 with a €20 minimum deposit. Winnings are limited to 10x the size of your first deposit. Winner.com doesn’t mention any other terms besides this, so I’d assume their ‘general bonus terms’ applies as far as their rollover is concerned. The default playthrough is 30x.

Get €30 FreeGet €30 Free

Get €30 when you join Winner. There is a €50 minimum deposit, 50-round and 50x rollover you must meet before you can cash out your winnings. And you’ll have 1 hour to use it before any leftover funds expires.

Refer-a-FriendRefer-a-Friend

Get €50 for every friend you send to Winner.com who makes a real money deposit. The playthrough for this offer is 30x. You can send as many friends as you want.

Comp PointsComp Points

Receive 1 comp point for every €10 you wager. These are used for the ‘Winners Club’ VIP program, which has the following 5 tiers:

  • Club Member
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Platinum
  • Black

The more points you earn, the higher your status and the more perks you’ll earn. Some of the perks include: exclusive bonuses, welcome gift, higher cash out limits and faster cash outs.

First Week 25% Cash BackFirst Week 25% Cash Back

Receive 25% cash back up to €100 on your net losses in your first week at Winner. After that, they’ll continue to give you 10% cash back on your net losses each week. This is like playing with insurance.

Poker Offers

The following are their evergreen poker bonuses, freerolls and other promotions.

New Player BonusNew Player Bonus

On your first deposit Winner.com will match you 250% up to €1,500. You’ll need to earn 473 point for every €5 of your bonus. You’ll earn points at the rate of 16.875 for every €1 paid in rake. Winner.com uses the contributed method to figure this out. This means the more you play, the faster you’ll clear your bonus – which you’ll have 90 days to do.

Weekly Casino FreerollWeekly Casino Freeroll

Wager €25 on any casino game in the poker lobby and you’ll receive a free entry to their €1,500 weekly casino game freeroll. €500 is guaranteed, and the top players will receive a share of an additional €1,000 in cash bonuses.

Top Hand of the DayTop Hand of the Day

Winner pays up to €200 for the best hand of the day, every day. The bonus starts at €25 cash for hands played at 0.02/0.04 and peaks at €200 for hands played at 5/10 and higher. This only applies to (Texas holdem) hands of quad kings or better.

Top Hand of the DayWinners VIP

They have a VIP program for poker players, too. What’s interesting about their program is you don’t need many points to start receiving perks. Here are their tiers and points required for each:

  • Amature – 0 points
  • Rookie – 50 points
  • Intermediate – 188 points
  • Semi Pro – 625 points
  • Pro – 1,875 points
  • MVP – 5,000 points
  • Star – 12,500 points
  • Superstar – 31,250
  • Hall of Fame – 62,500

The higher up you go, the more perks you get. Perks included freerolls, cash back, VIP races and store access. You can earn up to €120,000 in cash, too. Also – the higher up you go in VIP levels, the better the points to cash ratio you’ll receive.

When we first reviewed Winner, we didn’t include their sportsbook.

Why? Because we couldn’t find it.

Winner doesn’t include links to their sportsbook from their casino/poker pages. At least not from their .com website. However, if you go to the .co.uk website – and if you manage to find one of their main pages – such as casino.winner.co.uk, for example – you’ll find the sportsbook.

Please Note:

This is a trend we see throughout their entire site (though primarily in their casino) and is one of our largest complaints about Winner.

Anyway, it exists, even if it takes a little bit of work to find it. Now let’s talk about what they offer.

You can bet on the following sports and events:

  • Football
  • Horse Racing
  • Tennis
  • American Football
  • Australian Rules Football
  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Bowls
  • Boxing
  • Cricket
  • Cycling
  • Darts
  • Entertainment
  • Golf
  • Greyhounds
  • Handball
  • Ice Hockey
  • MMA
  • Motor Sports
  • Olympics
  • Politics
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Snooker
  • Volleyball
  • Winter Sports

They cover a lot of ground here. Unlike other sportsbooks, they don’t pull any of their listings if a sport is out of season.

Football (soccer) is obviously a big deal here, as they cater only to non-US countries. You can see as much when you visit their main sportsbook. Most of the matches there are soccer games.

You can bet live, too. Below their upcoming events tab (which make it simple to see what events are happening that day), you can see all the matches they offer in-play betting for. When I checked them out they had 57 different markets spread across football, tennis, basketball, hockey, volleyball, golf and handball.

One thing I liked about their in-play section is you can move the events you want to pay attention to the top. That way you don’t have to dig through a bunch of stuff you don’t care about to find the sports and events you DO care about.

A Couple Complaints & Overall Thoughts

Which brings me to one of my biggest complaints about their sportsbook: It’d be great to be able to organize their main sportsbook page, sort of like their in-play betting page. They have so much stuff going on, it’d be great if you could at least move the stuff you’re interested in to the top.

Another thing I’d like to see is live streaming. They have some kind of live stats where they show you (with a dynamic image) what’s going on in the current soccer match – if there’s a throw-in, an attack and if the ball is safe. It’s okay, but it’s definitely not a replacement for watching the game in real time.

Overall, though, I like Winner’s sportsbook. It’s not as good as William Hill’s, I think, if anything because of all the features Will Hill has that Winner.com doesn’t. But they have a good selection of markets, betting options, and according to other bettors, their prices are inline with other bookmakers.

Winner.com gets their games from Playtech and NetEnt, both of which are in most people’s top 3 or top 5 gambling software companies. They have more than 300 games you can play. We’ve listed them below. But to keep things simple, we decided to only collect the game titles from their Casino and Live Casino sections. We may have missed a few titles, but what we’ve listed below should cover at least 90% of what they have.

You’ll find a unique and diverse selection of 125+ slot machines. Winner has fewer slots than you’ll find at other international casinos, but that doesn’t bother me. Especially when you consider some of the titles they do have – Fantastic Four, X-Men, Iron Man, The Hulk, Flintstones (which I’ve played in Vegas) and Batman & Catwoman. I’m a fan of comic book and movie-themed slots. And Winner has plenty of them.

Card GamesCard Games

  • Perfect Blackjack
  • Double Attack BJ
  • Casino Hold’em
  • Live Blackjack
  • Progressive Blackjack
  • Blackjack UK
  • Multiplayer Blackjack
  • Baccarat
  • 7-Seat Baccarat
  • Caribbean Stud Poker Tequila Poker
  • Pontoon
  • Red Dog
  • Blackjack Switch
  • Blackjack Surrender
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Multiplayer BJ Surrender
  • 21 Duel Blackjack
  • Live Casino Holdem

They have a relatively standard table game selection – of which half are blackjack games. One thing that does stand out to me, though, are games like tequila poker, double attack blackjack, multiplayer blackjack and 7-seat baccarat. You won’t find these at many other casinos.

Specialty GamesSpecialty Games

These are all listed under their ‘roulette’ game tab. But, as you can see, there’s far more than just ‘roulette’ games in this list.

  • Penny Roulette
  • Live Roulette
  • Premium Roulette
  • 3D Roulette Premium
  • Age of the God Roulette
  • Sic Bo
  • Premium Roulette Pro
  • Solo Mahjong Pro
  • AR Roulette
  • Marvel Roulette Premium French Roulette
  • Mini Roulette
  • Video Roulette
  • Multiplayer FR Roulette
  • Multiplayer Roulette
  • 3D Roulette
  • Premium American Roulette
  • Roulette Pro
  • Craps

They easily have the largest roulette section I’ve seen.

Live GamesLive Games

  • Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • French Roulette
  • Unlimited Blackjack
  • 3D & UK Roulette
  • Casino Hold’em
  • 7-Seat Baccarat

Winner.com has one of the largest and most unique live dealer selections I’ve seen. Most casinos have 3-5 live dealer games, and they only cover the basics – blackjack, roulette and casino holdem. So, it’s nice to see a few unique games you’d be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.

Video PokerVideo Poker

  • Pick ’em Poker
  • Jacks or Better
  • Jacks or Better Multi-Hand
  • Joker Poker
  • Megajacks
  • 4-lines Deuces Wild
  • Tens or Better
  • Deuces Wild
  • All American
  • 4 lines Jacks or Better
  • 4-lines Aces & Faces
  • 25-lines Aces & Faces
  • Aces and Faces

One thing I like about their video poker selection is the variety. It’s not just 3 games with 3 variants each like many other casinos offer. You have lots of unique titles to choose from.

They have tons of arcade games which range from scratch tickets to other random games of chance.  Plus they have some fun themed games, like Hulk and Elektra arcade games. Even I would play some of these. Winner has many (progressive) jackpot games too – most, if not all of which we’ve already listed above.

Software

As far as software – Winner.com offers a download and no download casino. So, it doesn’t matter if you’re on a Windows, Mac or Linux operating system, you can play here. Their no download casino is also mobile friendly, which means Apple and Android mobile users can play here. I quickly checked out their casino from my iPhone 6 and thought their mobile casino looked great. I didn’t play any games, though, so your mileage may vary.

Winner.com has what I’d consider to be an average poker room. They’re on the iPoker Network, which is 7th in international traffic and 8th in overall traffic, according to PokerScout.com. When I last checked, they had around 7,000 players online at 8pm UK time. Since this is around peak times, I’d consider their traffic ‘so-so.’ Anyway, let’s go over what you can play. We’ll start with their cash games. The games they offer include:

  • Texas Holdem
  • Omaha Hi
  • Omaha Hi/Lo
  • 5-Card Stud
  • 7-Card Stud

Their blinds start at .01/.02 and peak at 5/10. And they charge between 0-5% rake, and they have a ‘no flop, no drop’ policy. This is pretty standard. You’ll find most of the traffic at their 6-max holdem tables, though you’ll find plenty of action at the PLO tables during peak times. Their fast-fold variation, Speed Poker, is popular, too. In this game, you can fold your hand whenever you want. As soon as you fold, Winner will move you to a new table with new players and deal you a new hand. Players like this variation because you can play 100, 200 or even 300 hands per hour.

Winner.com Tournaments

What surprised me is how much Winner.com guarantees every month – €5 million. This is split-up between their Sunday Lineup, High Roller, Daily Classic and Freeroll tournaments. Here are the details for each of those. Their Sunday Lineup guarantees €250,000 every week. Here’s the buy-in and guarantee for each of those tournaments.

Tournament Buy In Prize
The Sunday Lunch €10 €5,000
The Sunday Warm-up €50 €25,000
The Sunday Frenzy €5 €7,500
The Sunday Hexa €20 €8,000
The Big Sunday €75 €100,000
The Sunday Core €5 €2,500
The Sunday Phoenix €1 €15,000
The Sunday Ricochet €1 €5,000
The Sunday Prime €10 €10,000
The Grand Sunday €20 €30,000
The Sunday Pure €30 €1,000
The Sunday Masters €10 €30,000
The Sunday Pearl €150 €10,000
The Sunday Eclipse €20 €10,000

Then there’s their High Rollers events, which when combined, offers more than €560,000 in prize money every week. Then there’s their Daily Classics. These run every day. The neat part is the buy-ins are all less than €10.

  • €1,000 GTD - Core €5 - Freezeout
  • €2,000 GTD - Encore €5 - Rebuy
  • €5,000 GTD - Echo €10 - Rebuy
  • €1,000 GTD - Ricochet €1 - Rebuy
  • €3,000 GTD - Prime €10 - Freezeout
  • €500 GTD – Pure €1 - Freezeout

And last up are their Daily Freerolls. You can collect your share of €125 every daily

  • Freeroll - €25 GTD €25 - Freezeout, super turbo
  • Freeroll - €50 GTD €50 - Freezeout, super turbo

Overall, I really like their tournament selection – especially how budget-friendly it is. You can come in with a modest budget and get a lot of bang for your buck. I also recommend you try their Jackpot SNGs. These are tournaments with progressive jackpots you win by playing and winning several SNGs in a row. .

Poker Software

Winner’s software comes from Playtech, too. They have a download for Windows and an instant play poker room for Macs. They recently launched an HTML5-powered poker room, too, which is for mobile devices. They say it works with Apple and Android devices, but because it’s HTML5, I wouldn’t hesitate to at least try it out on a BlackBerry or Windows device, too. There’s no app required – just head to poker.winner.com (from your phone or tablet) to get started.

Before I wrap this review up, I wanted to share a few things I think are important to consider when deciding whether Winner.com is for you.

First – I noticed they’re , which is a site I find to be pretty reliable.

The reason they blacklisted Winner is because several websites were hacked and had hundreds and even thousands of pages added to them without the website owner’s permission. On these pages Winner.com ads were shown.

The problem – Winner.com has been told about this, but has done nothing about it. At the very least they should have pulled the banners down, or maybe released a statement saying they don’t condone what the hackers did.

Why haven’t they? Probably because it’s free advertising for them (not matter how dishonest or unethical it may be).

We’re not sure if this is still an ongoing problem. However, CasinoMeister.com has blacklisted them, too. You can find them under their for being one of many Playtech casinos with predatory terms.

Second – They have 75+ unresolved complaints on AskGamblers.com. How accurate this is, we don’t know. But if you look at other casino reviews, you’ll notice many of them have far fewer complaints – and many of them have been ‘resolved.’

You can .

At first Winner.com appeared to be an above average place to play. They have a few downsides – their monthly cash out limit, confusing navigation and average (traffic to their) poker room.

These things suck, but you can look past them if you really want a new place to play.

On the upside, they have many deposit bonus offers, a multi-tier VIP program and refer-a-friend bonus. All of which you can clear playing their 300+ (unique) casino games and millions of dollars in guaranteed poker tournaments.

For those reasons, we like them. Many other reviewers seem to like them, too; many reviewers have given them average to slightly above average ratings.

But what’s hard to overlook is Winner.com ignoring shady (and likely illegal) behavior, such as website hacking. And why, so they can get some free advertisement?

Then they have lots of unresolved complaints.

These things are hard to ignore …and they say a lot about Winner.com. It makes you wonder how they run their business, and how fairly you might be treated in the future.

For those reasons, I wouldn’t play there myself. Not when there are so many other better casinos and poker rooms I could play at instead. So, I can’t recommend this room to you either.

That said, everyone’s moral compass and risk threshold is different. So, if the stuff I mentioned above doesn’t bother or scare you, then have at it – give Winner.com a shot.

Yeah I won a decent amount but I am really sceptical about first having to deposit before I can withdraw. I mean I would deposit constantly but I would first need a guarantee that the winnings are real before handing over my hard earned cash ya know!!

I have won a few thousand rands approx a week ago and is still battling to get it paid out to me. I was constantly advised to send them screen shots which I have and now they need to check with their support team etc etc etc Dont know whether I will ever get the funds though - so I think people should think twice before "investing" money in them
