Who owns and operates 10Bet? How long have they been in business?

10Bet is operated by Ocean Star Limited and is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority. That’s according to their website.

However, I’ve also read from other reviews that they’re operated by Blue Star Planet Limited and Comfortlink N.V.

10Bet.com launched in 2003, so they’ve been online for over 15 years.

How’s their reputation? What do others think of them?

Here are some opinions from other gambling authorities across the web:

  • They have a B+ at Sportsbook Review.
  • They have an 8.26 out of 10 at AskGamblers.com. There are 23 complaints, though – 5 are unresolved, 1 is rejected, and what remains have been resolved.
  • They have a 6/10 on CasinoListings.com.
  • They have a 6.7/10 on ThePogg.com, due to player issues / unfriendly terms.
  • They’re in the Grey Zone at Casinomeister.com. They WERE accredited from 2012 to 2016. But they were recently downgraded due to unresponsiveness from their forum casino rep, slow payouts and the nominal withdrawal limits.

One other thing – if you Google 10Bet scam or scandal, you’ll certainly find some disappointing results. Though, most of what I found are 1-2+ years old – hardly worth worrying about, I think.

Tip!

If you want to still know about the issues they’ve had in the past – which include canceled bets, slow pays, winnings disputes, etc. – I recommend you to their news and updates page at SBR.

Overall, I’d say they have an average reputation.

How do you contact 10Bet? When are they available?

You can reach out to 10Bet.com using one of the following options:

Envelope
PHONE: +359-24925973
LIVE CHAT

They offer live chat, too, though I didn’t see it as an option on their site. I assume it must be for account holders.

10Bet says their available 24/7, and aim to reply to emails within 24 hours.

What payment methods does 10Bet.com accept?

The payment methods you can use (plus the limits and fees for each) include:

  • Skrill – €5-€50,000
  • Neteller – €10-€50,000
  • Bank Transfer – €10-€50,000
  • EcoPayz – €10-€50,000
  • PaySafeCard – €5-€1,000
  • Visa – €5-€50,000
  • MasterCard – €5-€50,000
  • Visa Electron – €5-€50,000

10Bet.com doesn’t charge any fees for deposits. Any fees you may have will be on your (payment processor’s) end.

What are your cash out options? Are there any limits or fees?

Your cash out options include:

  • Skrill – €5-€50,000
  • Visa – €10-€50,000
  • MasterCard – €10-€50,000
  • Visa Electron – €10-€50,000
  • Neteller – €10-€50,000
  • Bank Transfer – €25-€50,000

They don’t charge any fees for cash outs, either. However, keep in mind there may be fees on your end – especially the bank transfer, which usually costs $25-$50 per transaction.

Their cash out limits are €2,000 for cash and game winnings for every 7 days. The max you can cash out from any of their products is €50,000 per day / month.

They say nothing about exceptions made for progressive jackpot winners. And while €50,000 is a relatively high limit, if you win something like €1 million, it’ll still take 2 years to fully cash it out.

So, amending that rule to accommodate progressive winners would be one change I’d like to see made.

What kind of offers will you find at 10Bet.com?

All the standard stuff – welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, loyalty programs, and more.

Below you’ll find the details for the evergreen offers available to both sports bettors and casino players. Please remember that terms and conditions apply on all bonuses and promotions.

Sports Promotions

  • Welcome Bonus – Make a deposit of €15 or more (depending on your currency) and receive a 50% match up to €100.

Before you can claim the offer, you must roll your deposit over 1 time. Then you’ll receive the bonus money in your account.

The rollover on this offer will depend on where you’re betting from, but it’ll be 5-8x on bets with odds of 1.60 or higher. You’ll have 90 days to clear the playthrough requirements.

  • Weekly Free Bet – Place 4 combo bets with 3+ selections each, and every week immediately after you make your 4th bet, you’ll automatically receive a €10 bet to use on any event/market.

Each combo bet needs to be at least €10 on odds of 1.60 or higher. Your free bet will need to be used on bets with odds of 2.00 or higher, and within 7 days of receiving it.

That’s it for evergreen offers, though they do have a few limited time deals (reload bonuses). For that reason, it’ll make sense to subscribe to their newsletter and various social media channels if you choose to play here.

Casino Promotions

  • Welcome Package – First time customers will be eligible to receive a package worth up to €1,010. Here’s what that looks like:
  • Make a deposit and receive a 125% match bonus up to €300
  • Make another deposit and receive another 125% match bonus up to €300
  • Receive the same thing on your 3rd
  • After 30 days, you’ll receive a €110 cashback bonus.

If you fully claim each of the match bonuses, you’ll receive a grand total of €1,010.

The playthrough on this offer is 35x the deposit and bonus. The playthrough on the cashback bonus is 25x the cashback amount.

The playthrough will vary depending on the games you choose to play. Here’s the amount (relative to the default playthrough) each game contributes to the offer:

Game Category Stake % Contribution
Slots (all varieties) 100%
Progressive Slots 100%
Scratch Cards 100%
Arcades 100%
Keno 100%
Roulette (including Live Roulette) 20%
Sic Bo 20%
Card Games 10%
Blackjack (all varieties excluding Blackjack Surrender) 10%
Video Poker 5%
Russian Poker 5%
Baccarat (all varieties) 0%
Craps 0%
  • Month of Fundays – Make a deposit using the special bonus code and you’ll receive a 30% match bonus up to €100. This is available 4 times throughout the month (once each week).

This offer will have a 35x playthrough on both the deposit and bonus. It looks like the game contributions will be the same as what’s posted above.

  • Weekly Wonders – These are offers for every day of the week. Here’s what you can look forward to:
  • Monday – Get up to €50 cashback on your losses in their live casino.
  • Tuesday – Get a 50% match deposit bonus + 20 free spins for the Starburst slot machine.
  • Wednesday – Receive a 100% match bonus.
  • Thursday – Play whatever specific slot they mention and get 10 free spins.
  • Fri-Sun – Play their game of the week, and for every €50 you spend, you’ll receive 1 entry into their drawing. There will be 20 winners, each winning anywhere from €5-€
  • Sunday Special Loyalty Club – Make a deposit between Monday and Saturday, and depending on how much you deposit and play, you’ll receive a bonus ranging from €10-€60 plus free spins.

Here’s what that looks like:

Deposit Play Get
€50 €500 €10 Bonus + 10 Free Spins on Gonzo’s Quest
€100 €1,500 €25 Bonus + 15 Free Spins on Gonzo’s Quest
€200 €3,000 €40 Bonus + 20 Free Spins on Gonzo’s Quest
€400 €5,000 €60 Bonus + 30 Free Spins on Gonzo’s Quest

Each bonus will need to be rolled over 25x before you’ll receive your winnings.

You’ll have 24 hours to use your free spins. However, any money won from your free spins WILL NOT need to be rolled over before you can cash out.

You can’t complain about that.

What sports and markets can you bet on? What types of bets do they accept?

They cover LOTS of sports and events. Here’s what 10Bet had listed when I reviewed them:

  • Badminton
  • Baseball
  • Boxing
  • Chess
  • Cricket
  • Cycling
  • Darts
  • esports
  • Floorball
  • Futsal
  • Gaelic Football
  • Gaelic Hurling
  • Golf
  • Handball
  • Horse Racing
  • Ice Hockey
  • MMA
  • Motor Racing
  • Netball
  • Rugby League
  • Rugby Union
  • Snooker & Pool
  • Specials
  • Speedway
  • Table Tennis
  • Trotting
  • Volleyball
  • Winter Olympics
  • Winter Sports

Like I said, they cover a lot. And within all those sports they offer 2,000 pre-match and live betting markets, 60,000 monthly sports events and 25,000+ monthly in-play events.

You’ll have no shortage of things to bet on, that much is for sure.

What’s more, there’s a lot of different types of bets you can make, from different types of markets and props, to the different betting options such as singles, combos, accumulators, teasers and more.

You can see all your betting options on their website.

Do they offer esports betting?

They do.

When I checked them out they covered the following games:

  • Count-strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO)
  • DOTA 2
  • King of Glory
  • League of Legends
  • Rocket League
  • Starcraft 2
  • Warcraft 3

The tournaments and leagues they covered (at the time) included:

  • Eleague
  • ESL
  • Game On
  • Make My Bet Cup
  • KPL
  • NEST
  • Starleague

And more.

They offer live esports betting, too. Though they didn’t offer any kind of live streaming or play-by-play.

Overall, I’d say they have an average esports selection. The live betting is certainly a plus, and may be enough to choose 10Bet.com over other sportsbooks who offer esports betting without live betting.

And while I don’t have the experience to comment on their odds and how they may compare to other bookies, I think recreational esports bettors will be content here.

Do they offer live (in-play) betting? Do they stream matches?

10Bet does offer live betting.

They were covering tons of matches when I reviewed them. And on their main live betting page they have all of their options’ tabs open, which immediately makes this page overwhelming to look at.

I recommend closing all the tabs so you can see all they have to offer from a 30,000 foot perspective. This will also help you better manage what you’re looking at and betting on, too.

When I was there they had live odds for the following sports:

  • Football (Soccer)
  • Tennis
  • Basketball
  • American Football
  • Badminton
  • Baseball
  • Cricket
  • Darts
  • esports
  • Golf
  • Handball
  • Ice Hockey
  • Rugby Union
  • Table Tennis
  • Volleyball

The majority of the events covered – and it wasn’t even close – is soccer. There were more than 100 matches/markets covered.

I didn’t see an option for live streaming. But they do have the virtual play-by-play, which is an okay alternative, I guess.

Are there any features worth mentioning?

They have a cash out feature you can use for your single and Acca bets. This allows you to collect your winnings – or limit your losses – before the event has even finished.

Depending on the match, you may be able to request a full or partial cash out.

What are their betting limits?

The minimum bet you can make is €0.10. They say the max depends on the sport, and that there are no guarantees that they’ll even accept the max bet allowed.

According to SBO.net, they accept bets up to €100,000. This is relatively low when you compare them to other international sportsbooks who have €1 million or higher max limits for the most popular sports.

Do they limit winners?

Yeah, it sounds like they do. It sounds like they’ve even limited players before they had a chance to clear the deposit bonus.

How do you access their sportsbook?

You can bet from internet browser using your computer or laptop – no download needed.

The same goes for mobile bettors. Just visit 10Bet.com from your phone or tablet and you can place bets in your browser.

Their sportsbook looks great on my phone. Everything was real easy to see – you don’t have to squint to see the markets, odds or betting options – and you can also easily view their play-by-play stream.

This is one of the better mobile sportsbooks I can recall seeing recently.

Overall Thoughts

From a novice bettor’s perspective, they look pretty good. And according to people with far more experience than I do, it sounds like they’re better suited for recreational bettors due to 10Bet limiting bettors and their relatively low max payouts.

On the bright side, they do post odds early and offer competitive lines. Those are things more experienced bettors will be able to appreciate.

What software providers do they work with? What kinds of games can you play?

They work with the who’s who of online casino software. That includes companies like:

  • Playtech
  • Microgaming
  • NetEnt
  • GamesOS/CTXM
  • Evolution Gaming
  • Betsoft
  • Play’n GO
  • iSoftBet
  • Gameplay Interactive

There are a couple software companies on this list with a less than stellar reputation. Namely Playtech (and mostly the shoddy casinos who used them) and BetSoft. But even if you were to ignore their games and focus on the rest, you’d have more games than you’d know what to do with.

Because of the software companies they work with you’ll have a little of everything at your fingertips, too. That includes:

  • Video Slots
  • Progressive Jackpot Slots
  • Roulette
  • Blackjack
  • Video Poker
  • High Stakes Games
  • Live Casino Games
  • Table Games
  • Card Games

In fact, this list above is how they categorize their games. We’ll look at some examples from each section in just a minute.

What devices is their casino compatible with? Are they mobile compatible?

They have an instant play casino. This is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux, as well as Apple and Android mobile devices.

I checked them out on my iPhone. 10Bet says they have more than 250 games to choose from. It looks like you can play their live dealer games from your mobile device, too.

What are some examples of games you can play?

Let’s look at some examples of games you can play here. Everything below is categorized the same way 10Bet categorizes their games on their casino.

We’ll add a few thoughts about their game selection after each section, too.

Important!
One thing to keep in mind is that some software companies and their games will not be available to players in certain areas.

For example, when I reviewed their casino from the USA, I could see at least a few games in each section. However, I couldn’t view their live dealer games.

But once I routed my VPN through the UK and refreshed my page, I had no problem viewing their live dealer options.

Just keep in mind that your experience may vary some depending on where you’re playing from.

  • Terminator

If it’s not clear already, you’re going to have lots of video slots to choose from. They cover all sorts of themes from the beach to money to animals and sports, to licensed titles revolving around TV shows, movies, video games and comic books.

I’ve played Jurassic Park before, so if you’re into the movie and slots with bonus rounds, I recommend you check that machine out.

I’d also give Game of Thrones a shot, as I’ve just started watching the show.

Last, I’d give Ragnarok and Spell of Odin a shot because they’re related to Thor and the Norse mythology. They’re both Marvel characters, too.

Jackpots

  • Mega Moolah
  • Cash Splash
  • Basic Instinct
  • Jackpot Rango
  • Major Millions
  • Neon Reels
  • Lucky Clover
  • Rambo
  • King Cashalot
  • Mona Lisa Jewels
  • Super Lucky Reels
  • Diamond Wild

There are several slot machines and other games with huge progressive jackpots. The most popular one is Mega Moolah, which has paid out tens of millions over the past decade.

I’d also play Rambo …because Rambo.

Specialty GamesRoulette

  • European Roulette
  • American Roulette
  • Multi-Wheel Roulette
  • American Roulette
  • French Roulette
  • Premier Roulette
  • Roulette Gold
  • European Roulette
  • MP Roulette
  • 3D Roulette
  • Silver Roulette
  • VIP Roulette

There are 12 different roulette games to choose from. More than enough to keep even the most hardcore roulette enthusiast happy.

Blackjack GamesBlackjack

  • Premier Blackjack
  • Blackjack Gold
  • Atlantic City Blackjack
  • High Streak Blackjack
  • Vegas Blackjack
  • Atlantic City Blackjack
  • VIP Multi-Hand Blackjack
  • Multi-Hand Super 7 Blackjack

Same as above – there are lots more blackjack variants than what’s available here. But I think this will make most people happy, unless you’re looking for a specific blackjack variant.

Me? I’m perfectly happy with plain ol’ blackjack.

Video PokerVideo Poker

  • Joker Poker
  • Tens or Better Multihand
  • Joker Vegas 4 Up
  • Jacks or Better
  • Aces and Eights
  • Aces and Faces
  • Double Double Bonus
  • Deuces Wild
  • Bonus Deuces Wild

At first glance, they don’t have many machines. However, I think this is just what they show on their website. There’s likely more once you create an account.

I say that because when I first checked them out I only found 3 video poker games. However, when I checked them out from my phone I found several more.

Your mileage will vary, of course.

Card GamesLive Casino

  • Dutch Live Roulette
  • Dream Catcher
  • Sweden Live Roulette
  • Live Speed Roulette
  • Live Blackjack
  • Live Roulette
  • Live Baccarat
  • Live Casino Hold’em

They have a solid selection of live dealer games – it’s a good variety. I also like how they have a couple of country-specific roulette games.

Card GamesTable/Card Games

When I checked out their casino from my computer, their table game section included all the roulette games I mentioned earlier.

Their card games section only had the blackjack games I mentioned above. For a second I thought they didn’t offer anything else.

But, that’s not the case.

When I checked them out from my phone, I found a few other options. So, I’m thinking that what’s on their website is simply for show – to give you an idea of what to expect if you choose to play here.

You’ll likely need to create an account to see all their games. And, I recommend you do before you write them off as not right for you.

Anyway, here’s what I managed to dig up (from their site and other review sites):

  • Punto Banco
  • Vegas Strip Blackjack
  • Vegas Downtown Blackjack
  • Craps
  • Pai Gow Poker
  • Pontoon
  • Red Dog
  • 3 Card Poker
  • Keno
  • Sic Bo
  • Poker Pursuit
  • Spingo
  • Spanish Blackjack
  • Ballistic Bingo
  • Oasis Poker
  • TXS Hold’em
  • Casino War
  • Caribbean Stud Poker
  • Let It Ride
  • High Low

Based on what I see from the WizardOfOdds.com, you should have no shortage of table and card games to play.

That’s a relief, because based on what *I* could see, they offered almost nothing.

Glad I was wrong.

Overall Thoughts

They have a large casino. This isn’t a surprise given all the heavy hitting software companies they work with.

I wish it was easier to figure out exactly what games you could play. I imagine someone might look through their games in each section, see that they have virtually no table games, and then decide to play elsewhere.

But the reality is that this person would miss out on dozens of top-notch table games.

It’s a minor change that I think would make a BIG difference.

In addition to their casino, they also have a games section that more or less has a small selection of games that you’ll find in their casino. So, I probably wouldn’t spend much time here.

The bottom line, though – they have a top-notch casino. I struggle to come up with things to complain about.

What do we think of 10Bet.com? Do we recommend them to our readers?

I think their casino is top-notch. They have lots of games to choose from – more than 250 to play from your mobile device alone.

I feel like their sportsbook is slightly above average. Winners and/or high limit bettors will want to look elsewhere. But recreational and lower limit bettors will likely be happy betting here.

10Bet CAN improve in some areas. Their bonus playthroughs are a tad high. And they have relatively low cash out limits, too, which no obvious exceptions made for progressive winners or VIP members.

They’ve had a few issues in the past, too, though I didn’t see anything that would suggest they’re still having those or any other major issues in 2023.

Overall – I’d say they’re an average gambling site, probably better suited for people who are looking to have a good time, but aren’t necessarily serious about finding profitable opportunities or easy-to-clear offers.

If that sounds akin to what you’re looking for and would like to check them out further it’s as easy as clicking the ‘Visit Now’ button.
